The VP of Sales will focus on improving & elevating our storytelling, ensuring more consistency in our sales approach and expanding our relationships with new clients. You will drive revenue through the development and execution of sales, marketing, and client management strategies.
- Build and maintain a revenue-producing pipeline
- Execute, lead and direct sales activities
- Lead pitches and contract negotiations
- Establish sales quotas and develop ongoing revenue projections
- Conduct competitive analysis, develop messaging, presentations, and proposals
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to deliver differentiated client solutions
- Significant experience in sales leadership (10+ years) roles with revenue operations in the Management Consulting and Agency space.
- Proven success scaling revenue, attracting personnel, and building teams
- High level of operational experience in sales and marketing to serve as a role model at team expansion
- Ability to communicate with executives, stakeholders, and decision makers
- An uncanny knack for balancing strategy and action
